Our Response to COVID-19

To our Northtown Customers and Family,

At Northtown, we want to make sure our customers and associates remain safe during these evolving times.  The circumstances surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) since March has had an impact on us all.  We want you to know we are here for you and have taken steps to do whatever we can to assist you and your family with your vehicle needs.

For your protection and that of our associates, we have taken the following steps within the sales and service areas of our stores:

  • All employees and customers must wear facemasks when at any one of our Northtown dealership locations.
  • We've implemented an increased cleaning schedule of our facilities to include sanitizing door handles, counters, chairs as well as using disinfecting wipes in vehicles several times a day. 
  • Our associates are practicing social distancing and are committed to good hygiene including frequent hand washing and cleaning their work areas multiple times.
  • Any associates are eliminating nonessential travel and have been instructed to stay home if they do not feel well.  Employees are only allowed to return to work when symptom free or with a doctor's note.  They are to report any suspected exposure to COVID-19.

We're prepared to provide needed service to accommodate you during these trying times.  In accordance with the Phase 3 New York State policy, we're able to provide you with:

VEHICLE SALES - Entering Phase Three as defined by the State of New York's Governor's office, our showrooms are open to assist you.  However, we are encouraging customers to set an appointment to accommodate many of your sales needs remotely making your time in-store safe and secure making your time our top priority.  You can call our general number at 716.992.6536 or we are available through any of our websites to assist you with our Northtown SNAP Delivery.  

SERVICE - We are available to assist with all of your vehicle service needs during our regular hours.

Monday through Saturday 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

COLLISION* - We are available to assist with your collision needs Monday through Saturday.  Please call 716-614-1900.

*For the safety of our customers, our main priority will continue to be cleansing, disinfecting and practicing social distancing at all of our facilities.  All Employees and Customers Must Wear Face Masks. Vehicles brought in for service or collision will have their dash, steering wheel, console and all surface spaces sanitized at the conclusion of your vehicle's service.
