Welcome to Our Brand New Service Department
Northtown Hyundai Service has just moved into our newly renovated building located at our previous location at 3675 Sheridan Dr. in Amherst. We want to continually improve the customer experience while providing a level of customer service that's second to none.
Our highly qualified technicians are here to provide exceptional service in a timely manner. From oil changes to transmission replacements, we are dedicated to maintaining top tier customer service, for both new and pre-owned car buyers! Allow our staff to demonstrate our commitment to excellence.
For your protection and that of our associates, we have taken the following steps within the service areas of our stores:
• We’ve implemented an increased cleaning schedule of our facilities to include sanitizing door handles, counters, chairs as well as using disinfecting wipes in vehicles several times a day.
• Our associates are practicing social distancing and are committed to good hygiene including frequent hand washing and cleaning their work areas multiple times.
• Any associates are eliminating nonessential travel and have been instructed to stay home if they do not feel well. Employees are only allowed to return to work when symptom free or with a doctor’s note. They are to report any suspected exposure to COVID-19.
